We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building
relationships with clients, and selling our RFID solutions to various industries such as logistics,
supply chain, healthcare, Mines, and Weigh Bridge Automation.
The Location of the Job will be Odisha
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Negotiate and close sales deals
Meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Technology/Business, Mines and automation
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and trends
Existing network of contacts in the target industries
Experience with sales analytics and performance metrics
