Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Solapur. The Executive Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring effective communication. This role requires meticulous organization, scheduling, and the ability to aid executives in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in handling Expense Reports
  • Experience in Executive Support
  • Outstanding Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
