Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Solapur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth workflow, managing vendor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and handling customer inquiries. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, as well as assisting in strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management roles in construction or related industries
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and monitor inventory
  • Proficient in using technology for procurement and logistics
  • Ability to work on-site in Solapur
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution is a plus
