The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and policy implementation Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews - Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction process HR Operations & Compliance - Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, attendance & leave management - Support statutory compliances and audit documentation - Assist in payroll coordination Employee Relations & Engagement - Address employee queries and grievances professionally - Support employee welfare programs, engagement activities & communication Performance Management - Assist in appraisal process, goal-setting documentation & follow-ups - Coordinate training & development activities Policy & Process Implementation - Ensure adherence to HR policies - Contribute to HR process improvements and SOP updation Location: MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur Apply at: hr@mitvpu.ac.in
