Job Summary:

Bluez Infomatic is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our Tirupur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle through Indeed and other job portals, while also handling the day-to-day HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-based environment and has a passion for building strong teams and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via Indeed and other hiring platforms.
  • Create and manage job postings aligned with company requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person).
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and workforce planning.
  • Onboard new employees with proper documentation and orientation sessions.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and handle documentation including offer letters, contracts, and joining kits.
  • Track daily attendance and leaves using internal systems or punch-in records.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance reports.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
  • Support performance appraisal and training coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a service-based or IT company.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, especially Indeed.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
