The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation within a healthcare/IVF setup.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Support

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate interview follow-ups with candidates and panel members
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant records

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare joining kits & collect employee documents
  • Support induction process and new employee orientation
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files

3. Attendance & Leave Coordination

  • Assist in daily attendance tracking for all staff
  • Update leave, permission, and shift details in HR sheets
  • Support coordination with department heads regarding staff attendance

4. Employee Engagement

  • Help plan staff activities, birthday events, and small celebrations
  • Support internal communication between HR and departments

5. HR Operations

  • Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance-related tasks
  • Update staff data, Excel sheets, and HR MIS reports

Eligibility

  • BBA / MBA HR graduates or students
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Freshers can apply
