Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports the organization's strategic goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and manpower planning.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour laws, etc.).

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain employee evaluation records.
  • Support managers in goal setting and employee performance tracking.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Organize employee welfare programs, training sessions, and engagement activities.

5. HR Policies & Documentation

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and reports are up to date.

6. Exit Process

  • Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full & final settlement formalities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
