Job Title: Junior Recruiter
Location: Sree Saran Medical Centre - Tiruppur.
Experience: 1–2 years (Recruitment experience mandatory; healthcare/medical field experience preferred)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter - Junior level to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring timely onboarding for various departments, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from identifying hiring needs to final onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR team in manpower planning and job description preparation.
- Build strong relationships with department heads to understand their hiring requirements.
- Handle joining formalities and assist in employee induction when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (experience in hospital/medical field preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet recruitment timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
