Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team at V Catapult, located in Tiruppur. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong CRM skills and a knack for digital marketing tools. The successful applicant will engage in various sales-driven initiatives to support our growth in the staffing and recruiting sector. Qualifications and Skills Experience in lead generation and prospecting to efficiently find potential clients and develop a sales pipeline. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximize business potential in varied situations. Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and streamline the sales process (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with digital marketing tools to enhance online presence and engage customers effectively (Mandatory skill). Competence in data analytics to assess sales data and inform strategic decision-making processes. Experience in account management to maintain and nurture client relationships to sustain long-term business growth. Strong cold calling techniques to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities from scratch. Adaptability to industry trends, ensuring that sales strategies are relevant to current market dynamics and demands. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Present sales proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients to secure new contracts. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system.
