Job Overview

We are seeking a
Technical Sales Manager (North Region)
to expand our client base in the
automation machinery
sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
technical sales
, specifically in machinery systems like
conveyors, packing solutions, and lifting equipment
. This role requires extensive
travel within the region (shall mandatorily possess a personal vehicle)
to meet clients, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1.
Sales & Client Management

· Identify and target potential clients in the region.

· Present, demonstrate, and explain automation solutions to prospective customers.

· Analyze client requirements and propose
tailored solutions
to meet their needs.

· Prepare and deliver
sales presentations
and
proposals
.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

2.
Business Development

· Develop strategies to expand the
client base
in the assigned region.

· Build and maintain
long-term relationships
with clients to ensure repeat business.

· Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend
innovative solutions
to clients.

3.
Travel

· The role requires
frequent travel (70%-80%)
within the
NORTH regions
, particularly in
Delhi/NCR
, to meet clients on-site.
*Ownership of a personal vehicle is a must for this role.*

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·
Proven experience
(5-7 years) in
technical sales
within the
automation machinery industry
.

·
Strong technical knowledge
of machinery systems such as
conveyors, packing, and lifting solutions
.

·
Proficiency in AutoCAD
to assist with designing and presenting solutions.

·
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
.

· Self-motivated and
sales-driven mindset
.

·
Willingness to travel extensively
within the region (70-80%).
