Job Overview

We are seeking a
Technical Sales Manager

to expand our client base in the
automation machinery

sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in
technical sales

, specifically in machinery systems like
conveyors, packing solutions, and lifting equipment

. This role requires extensive travel within the region
(having a personal vehicle - 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler is mandatory)

to meet clients, close deals, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Management

  • Identify and target potential clients in the region.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain automation solutions to prospective customers.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose
    tailored solutions

to meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver
sales presentations

and
proposals

.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

2. Business Development

  • Develop strategies to expand the
    client base

in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain
long-term relationships

with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and recommend
innovative solutions

to clients.

3. Travel

  • The role requires
    frequent travel (70%-80%)

within the
NORTH regions

, particularly in
Delhi/NCR

, to meet clients on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience

(5+ years) in
technical sales

within the
automation machinery industry

.
- Strong technical knowledge

of machinery systems such as
conveyors, packing, and lifting solutions

.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD

to assist with designing and presenting solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

.
- Self-motivated and
sales-driven mindset

.
- Willingness to travel extensively

within the region (
70-80%

).
