Qualification - : B.Tech / Diploma in Printing Technology

Experience - 10–12 Years in Sales & Marketing

Preferred Industry -Printing Ink, Rubber Rollers, Pressroom Chemicals, Printing Machinery OEMs

Salary - upto ₹12 LPA

Job location - Mumbai

Skills Required:-

* Strong technical sales background in the printing and packaging sector.

* Proven ability to manage key accounts and dealer networks.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to lead a team and manage targets effectively.

* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

* Strong problem-solving mindset and target orientation.

Job Description-

* Develop a deep technical understanding of Boettcher products and customer needs.

* Drive sales and marketing of Boettcher Products:

o Rubber Rollers

o Pressroom Chemicals

o Printing Blankets

* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, OEMs, dealers, and industry stakeholders.

* Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and zonal monthly/yearly targets.

* Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and goal alignment.

* Ensure timely payment collection and meet regional payment targets.

* Conduct regular customer visits, demos, and technical discussions to generate business.

* Maintain reports via CRM tools and ensure strong sales funnel tracking.
