Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals. They will oversee and manage the sales team, provide training and mentorship, analyze market trends, and create actionable plans to enhance sales performance. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospect management, and closing deals
- Proven experience in account management, team leadership, and mentoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet sales targets effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is advantageous
