Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve business objectives, developing and implementing sales strategies,and executing sales. day-to-day tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing sales pipelines, meeting sales targets, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align goals and customer needs. The role will also require staying updated on market trends to provide insights that drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in undetstanding clients requirment and provide digital and tech solutions.
  • Experience in Sales Forecasting, Negotiation, and Closing Deals
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Sales Automation Tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in sectors such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail
