Role Overview

We're hiring a driven Inside Sales Executive to promote InfosecTrain's professional training and certification programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads, outbound calls, and live chat inquiries to convert prospects into learners.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
  • Identify potential clients and present suitable training programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and webinars.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and share updates with management.
  • Participate in webinars, demos, and corporate engagement calls when needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech, training, or IT services.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or technical courses is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Go-getter attitude, positive energy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
