Alt. Investments is looking for an experienced Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls daily to new and existing leads.
Cold call prospects to generate new business and a steady flow of opportunities.
Clearly understand the customer needs to provide detailed and relevant project information.
Conduct regular, high volume follow ups to schedule and confirm a target number of site visits weekly.
Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to achieve ambitious sales targets
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong sales driven mindset with a history of hitting and exceeding targets.
Proven experience and success in cold calling is a must.
