Markurate is a media buying agency working with top brands worldwide. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality performance marketing at scale, with a client-first approach. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to join our growing team and lead campaigns across multiple platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Smart, honest, and driven individual with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Bonus points for experience with Reddit, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, or other emerging ad platforms.
  • Track record of delivering results for both E-commerce and service-oriented businesses.
  • Team management experience – ability to guide and mentor a small team of media buyers.
  • Good work history with measurable results and case studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and prepare clear reports.
  • Lead, support, and grow a team of junior media buyers.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to align marketing strategies with business goals.
