3. Meet & exceed business targets in terms of profitability, optimum product mix and quality of sourcing
4. Enabling streamlining of processes, improving productivity & service levels, reducing costs and setting the appropriate system and processes for supporting the field sales team
5. Drive various digital and IT initiatives/ projects within the team to facilitate achievement of business
6. Designing and implementation of Various products and incentive schemes for internal and external partners
7. Developing business model for cross selling activity and third party product like Credit life insurance etc.
8. Efficient in competition benchmarking and ability to design product ahead with competition
9. Manage and monitor customer relationship through Q-R-C management to improve the customer centricity for the BU through various customer touch points
10. Monitor customer complaints and design/ review customer facing processes for enabling low customer complaints
11. Manage customer call centre to decrease Q-R-C for the BU
12. Monitor and analyze performance metrics including manpower productivity and suggest/ implement improvements
13. Monitor and manage the quality of the call centre agents and their interactions with the customers
14. Ensure 100% adherence to Legal, Audit, Regulatory and Compliance norms for the BU
15. Manage and develop the reportees to take on higher level and challenging jobs in the function
