Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vibe Coder, based in Navi Mumbai. The Vibe Coder will be responsible for developing and implementing creative coding solutions, working collaboratively with the team to enhance digital experiences, and ensuring smooth technical operations. The role involves designing and optimizing processes to align with company objectives, troubleshooting technical challenges, and delivering innovative solutions. Additionally, the selected candidate will actively participate in brainstorming and project development sessions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and coding languages as required for the role, with an ability to create user-friendly and efficient software solutions.
• Understanding of creative and technical problem-solving, with skills in exploring and implementing innovative approaches to coding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle responsibilities in an on-site work environment and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in the commercial vehicle industry or similar fields is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
