Our Businesses | AMI VENTURES INC. | VIR VENTURES INC. | BOSON TECHNOLOGIES |Our Brands | MALCO MODES | BELLA SOUS | RED CUP LIVINGS | KEEBLE OUTLETS | STORE INDYA | VIZARI SPORTS | SHALIN INDIA | WRISTY BUDDY I BOLABALL I US TECH I HERBAL CONCEPTS | MORNING STAR | YARDLIO | KOZI | CLEAR BOTTLE |Key Responsibility : - Collaborate with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Replit) to build, refactor, and debug applications.- Design and refine prompts for optimal AI-generated code output.- Integrate AI-generated components with existing codebases while ensuring scalability and maintainability.- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools, applications, and automation frameworks that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create cross-team capabilities across Product, Marketing, Operations, Data, and Customer Experience.- Understand requirements from multiple departments and translate them into scalable AI-powered solutions.- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, performance, and security standards.- Rapidly prototype and test new features based on evolving business needs.- Stay updated on emerging AI tools, model updates, and vibe coding best : - 2-5 years of software development experience, including 6-12 months in AI-assisted coding workflows.- Strong foundation in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Java) and one frontend framework (React, Vue.js, Angular).- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, etc.).- Ability to create effective prompts for code generation, debugging, and optimization.- Experience in building AI-powered tools or solutions for cross-team use cases.- Exposure to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).- Strong problem-solving skills with an iterative and experimental mindset.- Understanding of code security, version control (Git), and best practices for AI-generated code.Soft Skills : - Ability to debug, optimize, and adapt AI-generated outputs effectively.- Staying updated on evolving AI tools, coding trends, and best practices.- Working with Product, Marketing, Operations, Data, and CX teams to design solutions.- Clearly translating technical AI solutions into business-friendly language.- Leveraging AI coding tools to build novel features and automation frameworks.- Ensuring AI-generated code meets performance, maintainability, and security standards.- Comfortable with trial-and-error approaches, refining outputs through experimentation.- Proactively identifying areas where AI can improve workflows and suggesting Skills : - Proficiency with tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, Cursor, Bolt.- Designing effective prompts for code generation, debugging, and refactoring.- Strong foundation in Python, Node.js, or Java.- Experience in React, Vue.js, or Angular.- Building and deploying AI-powered tools and automation frameworks.- Merging AI-generated code with existing systems while ensuring scalability and maintainability.- Exposure to requirements gathering, development, deployment, and maintenance.- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, RESTful APIs, and microservices.- SQL and NoSQL proficiency.- Familiarity with secure coding practices, Git, and peer/code reviews.- Ability to rapidly test and iterate on AI-driven features.
