Role & responsibilities
- Market Execution & Client Acquisition: Execute leasing strategies for commercial properties (office/retail) within the Mumbai market. Focus on acquiring new client mandates (tenants and landlords) through proactive networking and self-generated leads.
- Transaction Management: Assist senior team members in all phases of the leasing transaction lifecycle, from property identification and touring to preparing market reports, negotiating deal terms, and closing agreements.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain professional and proactive relationships with prospective clients, landlords, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the leasing process.
- Market Research & Analysis: Continuously track commercial real estate trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity in Mumbai to provide data-driven insights to the team and clients.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA, Real Estate/Finance specialization) OR a Bachelor's degree with demonstrable success in a client-facing role.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the Real Estate sector (Leasing, Brokerage, or related Sales role). Experience in the Mumbai market is a strong plus.
