About the Role

We are looking for Leasing Specialists (CLG 2 Level) to join our dynamic team based at DAKC, Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving new leasing business, managing end-to-end customer relationships, and overseeing the credit underwriting process. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in commercial lending and leasing, with a focus on customer acquisition, portfolio management, and deal structuring in the Mumbai market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and acquire new clients in the leasing segment across the Mumbai region.
  • Manage the complete deal lifecycle sourcing, evaluation, underwriting, and disbursal.
  • Conduct credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment for potential clients.
  • Structure lease deals aligned with company policies and client requirements.
  • Strengthen customer engagement through proactive relationship management and superior service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams Credit, Legal, and Operations — to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including renewals, repayments, and early warning indicators.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in leasing and credit.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of leasing, structured finance, and commercial credit.
  • Proven experience in B2B client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Expertise in credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and risk evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a broad geographic portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and credit appraisal systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 6–9 years of experience in Leasing, Corporate Lending, Commercial Finance, NBFCs, or Banks.
  • Holds a professional qualification — MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA.
  • Prior experience in Leasing or Equipment Finance will be an added advantage
