Responsibilities

Purpose:

The Head Office Leasing role is pivotal in driving the strategic leasing initiatives for Adani's City Side Development (CSD) at Navi Mumbai International Airport. This position is responsible for leading large-scale office leasing transactions at Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Jaipur and Ahmedabad, including anchor deals upwards of 200,000 sq. ft. and build-to-suit independent building agreements. The role aligns with Adani Airport Holdings Ltd's vision to redefine city-airport relationships by creating shared facilities that cater to evolving global business and lifestyle needs. The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring the commercial success of the City Side Development business while contributing to the broader mission of delivering world-class infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end leasing process for office spaces within the City Side Development at Navi Mumbai International Airport.
  • Drive negotiations and successfully close complex lease agreements, including large anchor transactions exceeding 200,000 sq. ft.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies that align with the business unit's goals and market trends.
  • Identify and engage with potential tenants, including multinational corporations and large-scale enterprises, to secure long-term leasing commitments.
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to deliver build-to-suit independent building solutions tailored to tenant requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the City Side Development as a premier office leasing destination.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor leasing performance metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO of City Side Development business.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with legal and financial teams to finalize lease agreements and mitigate risks.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the City Side Development business, ensuring alignment with Adani Airport Holdings Ltd's broader objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of 20–25 years in the office leasing industry, with extensive experience in handling large-scale transactions.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex lease agreements, including anchor deals and build-to-suit projects.
  • Expertise in managing leasing activities for high-value commercial properties.
 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Real Estate Management or Finance is preferred.
