or management companies

oversee the leasing process, and ensure the smooth operation of rental products.

Here are some key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with a leasing Head.

Acquisition and Marketing: Leasing managers develop and execute strategies to attract potential Clients.

They advertise available Products through various channels, such as online listings, social media, signage, and partnerships with real estate agents

They also conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates and adjust marketing efforts accordingly

Screening and Selection:

Leasing Head screen potential Clients by reviewing rental applications,

They assess the eligibility of applicants based on predetermined criteria.

Lease Negotiation and Documentation: Leasing managers handle lease negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring that all terms and conditions are agreed upon

They prepare lease agreements, explain lease terms to Clients, and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and legally

Relations and Customer Service: Leasing managers maintain positive relationships with Clients throughout their tenancy

They address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally

They also provide information about property policies, procedures, and community amenities to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention

Lease Renewals and Lease Expirations: Leasing managers handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants, striving to retain quality Customers and minimize vacancy rates

They initiate lease expiration notifications, discuss renewal terms, and facilitate lease extensions or terminations as necessary

Financial Management: Leasing managers oversee rent collection, ensuring Client pay their rent on time

They may coordinate with accounting departments to track rental payments, handle delinquencies, and enforce lease policies regarding fees or evictions if necessary.
