Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events to drive commercial real estate leasing revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for office space leasing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., property management, construction) to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements and tenant occupancy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions on property acquisitions and development projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial leasing or corporate real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, including property types (office buildings), zoning regulations, and local laws.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels; ability to negotiate effectively over phone/email/in-person meetings.
