Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for leasing of plant and machinery.
    • Identify new business opportunities in various industries like manufacturing, construction, etc., requiring plant and machinery leasing.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their equipment leasing needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Portfolio Management:

    • Manage and grow the existing leasing portfolio, ensuring high-quality service and profitability.
    • Monitor and assess the financial health and risk of clients to maintain the quality of the portfolio.
    • Ensure timely lease renewals, equipment upgrades, and expansions with clients.

  • Leasing Solutions & Structuring:

    • Structure and customize leasing solutions in alignment with client needs and organizational policies.
    • Work closely with the credit and risk team to ensure proper risk assessment and credit worthiness of clients.
    • Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow projections, to determine suitable leasing options.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Stay updated on market trends, equipment innovations, and leasing opportunities in plant and machinery sectors.
    • Provide insights on competitors, market trends, and client behavior to adjust leasing strategies.

  • Negotiations & Closing:

    • Lead the negotiation process for lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the organization.
    • Ensure legal and compliance checks are carried out before finalizing deals.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, credit, and operations teams, to ensure smooth contract execution.

  • Client Servicing & Retention:

    • Ensure excellent post-sales service by addressing client concerns, providing leasing updates, and resolving issues.
    • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and foster client retention.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on leasing transactions, client interactions, and portfolio performance.
    • Ensure that all documentation related to leasing contracts, agreements, and transactions are properly managed and stored.
