Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Lead and mentor a team of leasing executives and coordinators.
  • Manage end-to-end leasing processes including marketing, tenant screening, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and relocation agencies.
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all leasing activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy, and revenue forecasts.
  • Handle escalated tenant issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 812 years of experience in residential leasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, leasing documentation, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and property management software.
