Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commercial Manager at Olympia Industries Ltd., located in Mumbai. The Commercial Manager will oversee and manage business operations with a focus on formulating and executing strategic plans. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with commercial regulations. The role also involves leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives and fostering partnerships to facilitate sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, financial data, and business opportunities.
- Proven expertise in Commercial Management and Business Planning for driving organizational growth and profitability.
- Experience in Contract Management, including negotiation, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Leadership and Team Management skills to build, guide, and support a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and adept at forging strong commercial relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in a relevant commercial or operational role is an advantage.
