Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to manage and coordinate training sessions for internal teams, partners, and clients. The role involves working closely with trainers and stakeholders, maintaining session data in the Training Management System (TMS), and ensuring smooth scheduling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule training sessions for internal staff, partners, and clients.
  • Coordinate with trainers to understand their availability and skill sets.
  • Liaise with multiple teams to gather training requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain and update session details in the Training Management System (TMS).
  • Schedule meetings and sessions using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Ensure all sessions are accurately recorded and tracked.
  • Monitor session attendance and feedback.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate session details to relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from the TMS as required.
  • Support trainers and teams with scheduling-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Training Management Systems or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom for meeting scheduling.
  • Good understanding of trainer skill sets and session types.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Available to work from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST in a fully remote setting.
