**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver live virtual training sessions for the LEED AP (BD+C) course.
- Guide and mentor students to prepare effectively and succeed in their certification exams.
- Continuously update course materials to reflect the latest LEED standards and requirements.
- Assess student progress and provide valuable feedback.
- Create an engaging and interactive learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a **LEED AP (BD+C) certification**. Additional LEED AP specializations will be considered a strong advantage.
- A minimum of **3 to 5 years of experience** in training, teaching, or related roles in sustainability or green building.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Availability to conduct **33 hours of training over 11 days**:8:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST**.
- Passionate about sustainability and empowering learners.
