**About the Role**: We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate IT Trainer with extensive hands-on expertise in Solution Architecture, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. This is a part-time, remote opportunity perfect for an individual who is keen to share their knowledge, mentor the next generation of IT professionals, and contribute to a vibrant learning community.

As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and practical training sessions to our students, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of cloud architectural principles and practical skills in AWS or Azure environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Deliver online training sessions effectively on topics related to Solution Architecture, AWS, or Azure, catering to various skill levels from beginners to advanced.
- **Content Creation and Enhancement**: Create Training material, provide input and feedback for the continuous improvement and update existing training materials, including presentations, lab exercises, and quizzes, to reflect the latest industry trends and certification requirements.
- **Doubt Resolution**: Address student queries and provide clear, concise explanations both during and outside of scheduled training hours.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and understanding.
- **Mentorship**: Guide students in best practices for cloud solution design, deployment, and management.
- **Industry Insights**: Share real-world experiences, case studies, and best practices from your own professional journey as a Solution Architect, AWS, or Azure specialist.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously update your own knowledge and skills in AWS/ Azure, and general solution architecture domains to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Extensive Hands-on Experience**: Proven professional experience (typically 7+ years) as a Solution Architect with significant hands-on implementation and deployment experience in AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- **Deep Cloud Expertise**:

- **AWS**: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, SQS, SNS, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, Route 53, etc.) and architectural best practices. AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification is highly preferred.
- **Azure**: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core Azure services (e.g., Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Networks, Azure AD, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, App Services, AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, etc.) and architectural best practices. Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly preferred.
- **Solution Architecture Principles**: Strong understanding of architectural design patterns, principles, and best practices for building scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.
- **Technical Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- **Training & Mentoring**: Prior experience in delivering technical training, conducting workshops, or mentoring individuals/teams is highly desirable.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- **Reliable Internet**: Stable and high-speed internet connection for conducting online sessions.
- **Flexible Availability**: Willingness to work part-time hours, potentially including evenings or weekends, to accommodate student schedules.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Multiple relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience with other cloud platforms or related technologies (e.g., GCP, DevOps tools, containers, serverless computing).
- Experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions.
