**Job Summary**
ScholarHat is seeking **two talented Java Trainers** to deliver impactful training to professionals at different career stages:

- **Trainer 1**: For learners with **less than 5 years of experience**:

- **Trainer 2**: For learners with **more than 5 years of experience**:

- These roles are on a **freelance or contract (part-time)** basis, conducted **remotely**:

- . You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-relevant Java training, mentoring learners, and preparing them for success in the tech job market.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging **online training sessions** on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Help team to Design learning materials, assignments, and real-world projects.
- Provide **hands-on coding practice** and live demonstrations.
- Customize teaching methods for different learner experience levels.

**Qualifications**

**For Trainer 1
5 Years Learner Batch)**:

- Minimum **8 years of professional Java development** experience.
- Expertise in frameworks, microservices, design patterns, and architecture.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring mid-level or senior developers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
