**Your Mission**:

- Deliver Engaging Java Training: Conduct interactive training sessions covering key Java concepts, frameworks, and best practices while making learning exciting and impactful.
- Create High-Quality Content: Design and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on projects, and exercises, aligned with industry standards.
- Assess & Mentor: Evaluate learner progress through assessments and hands-on challenges while providing personalized support to address individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with Training Teams: Work closely with program managers and other trainers to deliver cohesive and consistent learning experiences.
- Stay Updated on Java Trends: Continuously upgrade the curriculum to incorporate the latest updates in the Java ecosystem.
- Lead with Impact: Foster a supportive learning environment and encourage innovation and creativity in problem-solving.

**What You Bring**:
**Qualifications**:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP/Servlets, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proven passion for teaching, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide learners.
- Familiarity with modern IDEs (e.g., IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse) and collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel for training assignments and events.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous.
- Certification in Java (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Programmer) is a bonus.
- Prior experience in delivering training programs or workshops.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
