**Position**: Full Stack Java Trainer
**Type**: Part-Time (Remote)

**Location**: Remote (Work from Home)

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions on Full Stack Java Development.
- Cover key topics such as Core Java, Advanced Java (J2EE), Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Guide students on backend and frontend integration, database design, and deployment.
- Provide hands-on exercises, projects, and real-world examples to enhance learning.
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Java development trends and tools to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Assist students in resolving technical queries and building confidence in development practices.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the course structure and content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)
- Proficiency in Java (Core and Advanced), Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and database integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- Experience with deployment processes on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- 3 to 10 years of professional experience in Full Stack Java Development.
- Prior experience in conducting training, mentoring, or coaching is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
