Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions on Java (Core & Advanced).
- Prepare and update training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Guide and support learners during live sessions and doubt-clearing classes.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the academic and operations team to enhance training quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Java trainer in an EdTech or training organization.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, and basic concepts of Spring/Servlets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be available for all rotational shifts including early morning, evening, or weekend classes.
- Ability to manage and engage learners in an online/offline setup.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
