Corporate Trainer

ITE YONIK SERVICES, a leading Skill Development and Corporate Training organization, is seeking an experienced Corporate Technical Trainer – Java / .NET with DevOps to deliver high-impact training programs for corporate professionals, engineering teams, and institutional clients.

This role requires strong hands-on development expertise combined with DevOps practices, along with the ability to deliver industry-aligned, use-case-driven training. As a corporate trainer, you will play a critical role in upskilling client teams, aligning training with business objectives, and ensuring practical adoption of modern development and DevOps workflows.

This is a remote (WFH) role, with periodic onsite travel required for corporate training engagements.

Possible CTC 10,00,000 INR / Year

Important:

• This is a complete remote role, but includes travel to client locations as per project requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate-level training programs (online and onsite) on:
• Java or .NET Full Stack Development
• DevOps practices and toolchains
• Conduct hands-on, scenario-based sessions aligned with real enterprise use cases
• Train professionals on:
• Core programming concepts and best practices
• Frameworks, APIs, and enterprise application architecture
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Java stack coverage may include:
• Core Java, Advanced Java
• Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Microservices architecture
• .NET stack coverage may include:
• C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET Core, Web APIs
• Entity Framework Core
• DevOps topics may include:
• Git, GitHub / GitLab
• CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Docker and containerization
• Kubernetes (basic to intermediate)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure – fundamentals)
• Customize training modules based on:
• Client requirements
• Skill gaps and business objectives
• Assist participants with:
• Hands-on labs
• Assignments and case studies
• Capstone or proof-of-concept projects
• Conduct:
• Technical assessments
• Knowledge checks and reviews
• Q&A and doubt-resolution sessions
• Share post-training reports and feedback with the Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions (online/offline) on AI and ML fundamentals
• Cover topics such as:
• Machine Learning algorithms
• Supervised/Unsupervised Learning
• Deep Learning, Neural Networks
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Tools: Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Jupyter, etc.
• Assist learners with project development, assignments, and doubt sessions
• Customize training delivery as per audience (beginners to intermediate)
• Create and update training content, quizzes, and hands-on lab material
• Track learner progress and submit reports to Training Coordinator
• Conduct periodic assessments, mock interviews, or capstone reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java or .NET development
• Solid understanding of:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Design patterns and best practices
• RESTful APIs and backend development
• Practical experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with:
• Git-based version control
• Build and deployment automation
• Containerization (Docker)
• Ability to explain development-to-deployment lifecycle
• Excellent communication and corporate presentation skills
• Ability to map technical concepts to business use cases
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer, technical consultant, or senior developer preferred

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Experience delivering enterprise or corporate training
• Exposure to microservices and cloud-native applications
• Knowledge of:
• Azure DevOps or AWS DevOps services
• Infrastructure basics and monitoring tools
• Experience mentoring professionals or leading tech teams
• Certification exposure (Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, etc.)
