**About the Company**:
Cancer Check Labs is performing a cancer screening test that can detect any solid tumor from a simple blood draw through the capture, detection, and identification of atypical circulating tumor cells (CTCs).

Cancer is relentless. That is why Cancer Check Labs is building the infrastructure to provide effective screening, strengthen the oncologist’s arsenal with new tools, and ultimately save lives.

**Job Title**: Corporate Trainer - Oncology

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the CSO, the Corporate Trainer - Oncology will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs related to oncology for a company's workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Training Programs**:

- Design and update comprehensive training curricula on oncology including circulating tumor cells
- Tailor training materials to suit various teams e.g., sales, finance, marketing, medical professionals
- **Deliver Training**:

- Conduct virtual training sessions for new hires and ongoing education for current employees.
- Use interactive methods (e.g., case studies, role-playing, and group discussions) to enhance learning and retention.
- **Create Learning Resources**:

- Develop resources such as presentations, e-learning modules, training manuals, and quizzes that provide an in-depth understanding of oncology.
- **Assess Training Effectiveness**:

- Use assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Advanced degree (Masters or PHD) in Medicine, Oncology, Biology, or a related field
- 5 Years of experience in teaching healthcare related topics
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command of written and oral American English
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all content is accurate and current
- Adaptability: Flexibility to modify training programs based on learner needs and industry advancements.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze trends, gather information, and update training materials accordingly.

**Working Conditions**:

- Night shift preferred: Willing to work until at least 11 am PT
- Compensation 350 to 550 INR / hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹350.00 - ₹550.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Training & development: 4 years (required)
