About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with proven experience in sourcing Corporate IT Trainers.

What is a Corporate IT Trainer? A Corporate IT Trainer is a professional who trains and upskills employees in IT-related technologies. This can include ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Programming (Java, Python, UI/UX), AI/ML, RPA, Big Data, and other technical areas. Their role is to enhance employee knowledge and skills to meet organizational goals through training sessions, workshops, and hands-on guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and pre-screen candidates for IT Corporate Trainer roles.
  • Evaluate technical skills, interest, and CTC fitment with DOJ.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage offer rollout and joining follow-up.
  • Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and basic reporting in Excel.

Mandatory Sourcing Experience:

  • ERP: SAP / Oracle / MS
  • Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Testing / Programming Languages: Java FS / Python / UI-UX
  • Database / Big Data / Analytics
  • Mobile Technologies
  • AI / ML / RPA / Blue Prism

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment market dynamics.
  • Ability to work with aggressive targets and tight timelines.
  • ATS tools exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external candidates.

  • HR Executives without corporate IT trainer sourcing experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹30,132.82 per month
