The Opportunity
We're hiring a Business Development Lead to build and grow our Non-profit & Philanthropy vertical.
You will work directly with the co-founders to open new accounts, nurture CXO-level relationships and own revenue growth.
This is a rare chance to shape a new vertical at a growing Tech Impact consulting firm - and grow into the leadership team in 5-6 years.
Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Own revenue targets for assigned sectors / geographies / service lines
- Identify & convert large accounts, multi-year engagements, strategic partnerships
- Build, manage & convert a high-quality pipeline via research, networking & outreach
- Develop go-to-market plans for new consulting offerings
2. Client Relationships & Account Growth
- Be a trusted advisor to CXOs & program heads
- Build, nurture, and manage account relationships for long-term success.
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell / upsell
- Close deals: craft pitches, handle objections, negotiate win-wins
- Lead RFP / RFQ responses, proposals & pitch presentations
3. Sales Strategy & Operations
- Design & improve structured sales processes and playbooks
- Use CRM & analytics to track pipeline health & conversion
4. Thought Leadership
- Represent 10x in forums, conferences, panels & round-tables
- Co-author articles, blogs, and toolkits with leadership & marketing

- Revenue growth: Annual sales quota achieved
- Pipeline strength & retention: Value & quality of opportunities created
- Win-rate & strategic impact: Conversion % + entry into new markets / partnerships
Apply if you have
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development / sales / strategic consulting / entrepreneurship in the Social Impact space.
- Proven record of generating revenue & building trusted client relationships
- Strong understanding of tech consulting & problem-solving frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder-management skills
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven, high-ownership, empathetic & collaborative
- Comfortable with frequent travel - up to 50% of the time within and outside Delhi.
- MBA / early-stage experience is a bonus
