We are seeking a dynamic, well-connected, and results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our KOL and influencer initiatives in the India Market. If you understand India's unique crypto culture, social media ecosystem, and trading behavior, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, acquire, and onboard India KOLs, influencers, community leaders, and trading groups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to promote brand awareness and trading activity.
Develop localized growth strategies tailored to the Indian audience.
Manage KOL campaigns from negotiation to execution, ensuring strong ROI and measurable results.
Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, and Global BD teams to optimize regional performance.
Monitor key market trends, competitor activities, and local community engagement.
Drive trading volume and user acquisition through strategic influencer partnerships.
Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Influencer/KOL management, preferably in Crypto, Web3, or FinTech.
Strong network within India's crypto communities, trading groups, and influencer ecosystem.
Deep understanding of India's crypto culture, user behavior, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize results.
Experience working with CEX/DEX platforms or crypto trading products.
Background in social media campaigns, affiliate programs, or creator management.
Previous work experience with Indian KOLs in gaming, finance, or crypto.
