Job Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new B2B customers within the rice industry (e.g., exporters, traders, institutional buyers, processors).
  • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand presence.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agri-commodities or food processing.
  • Strong knowledge of rice varieties (Basmati, Non-Basmati, etc.) and rice milling processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
