Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in B2B sales or corporate sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
