About Us: We are a growing steel trading firm committed to delivering high-quality steel products and solutions to our clients across various sectors including construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure. With a strong network and reputation in the market, we are looking to expand our sales team with a driven and experienced Sales Executive. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage client relationships in the steel industry (B2B focus) Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads Understand customer requirements and offer the right product solutions Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel or construction material industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems Ability to work independently and under pressure Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits What We Offer: Competitive salary with attractive sales incentives Opportunity to work with a reputed and growing firm in the steel industry Supportive team and professional work environment Career growth and development opportunities
