Client Service Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact for the client throughout the event journey.
- • Conduct initial meetings to understand the clients vision, emotions, and expectations for their event.
- • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the design and execution team.
- • Coordinate with internal teams (design, vendor management, logistics, on-site staff) to ensure smooth execution of dcor plans.
- • Manage client timelines, budgets, and approval processes effectively.
- • Build trust-based relationships with clients by offering creative suggestions and solving problems proactively.
- • Oversee on-site execution to ensure dcor is delivered as promised, while maintaining attention to detail.
- • Handle last-minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction remains the top priority.
- • Gather post-event feedback to continuously enhance our client experience.
Key Skills & Attributes Required
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with clients.
- • A keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.
- • Proven organizational and project management abilities.
- • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple events at a time.
- • Team coordination skills ability to liaise effectively between clients and the internal team.
- • Flexibility and problem-solving mindset.
- • Previous experience in event dcor, wedding planning, or client management preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, sales, or management roles in the events industry.
- Proven track record of delivering successful events from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients vendors staff members.
- Strong understanding of event planning principles, including logistics, catering, audiovisual equipment rental etc.
