Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the single point of contact for the client throughout the event journey.
  • • Conduct initial meetings to understand the clients vision, emotions, and expectations for their event.
  • • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for the design and execution team.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams (design, vendor management, logistics, on-site staff) to ensure smooth execution of dcor plans.
  • • Manage client timelines, budgets, and approval processes effectively.
  • • Build trust-based relationships with clients by offering creative suggestions and solving problems proactively.
  • • Oversee on-site execution to ensure dcor is delivered as promised, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • • Handle last-minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction remains the top priority.
  • • Gather post-event feedback to continuously enhance our client experience.

Key Skills & Attributes Required

  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with clients.
  • • A keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.
  • • Proven organizational and project management abilities.
  • • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple events at a time.
  • • Team coordination skills ability to liaise effectively between clients and the internal team.
  • • Flexibility and problem-solving mindset.
  • • Previous experience in event dcor, wedding planning, or client management preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, sales, or management roles in the events industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients vendors staff members.
  • Strong understanding of event planning principles, including logistics, catering, audiovisual equipment rental etc.
