Job Description

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:

  2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the jewelry brand, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive positioning.

  4. Define marketing objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  5. Product Promotion and Branding:

  6. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote jewelry products, collections, and special offers through various channels, including digital, print, and events.

  7. Develop branding initiatives to establish and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with target customers.

  8. Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral, including advertisements, catalogs, and social media content.

  9. Digital Marketing:

  10. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media marketing.

  11. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

  12. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the jewelry brand remains competitive in the online marketplace.

  13. Retail Marketing Support:

  14. Support retail sales efforts by developing marketing materials and promotions for use in-store, including point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional events.

  15. Collaborate with retail partners to implement co-marketing initiatives and drive foot traffic to brick-and-mortar stores.

  16. Public Relations and Media Relations:

  17. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure press coverage and media placements for the jewelry brand.

  18. Develop press releases, media kits, and other communications materials to generate positive publicity and enhance brand reputation.

  19. Event Management:

  20. Plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches, trunk shows, and industry trade shows, to showcase jewelry products and engage with customers and industry professionals.

  21. Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities for events to ensure successful outcomes.

  22. Budget Management:

  23. Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.

  24. Monitor expenses, track marketing spend, and provide regular financial reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
