Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll & HR Support

  • Collect attendance data from staff across branches or workshops.
  • Assist HR in preparing salary inputs and resolving payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain employee records, ID cards, and documentation.

2. Project Management System (PMS) & Admin Support

  • Track store performance, stock movement, and promotional task completions.
  • Maintain back-office trackers for customer orders, vendor deliveries, etc.
  • Support inventory coordination between showrooms, godowns, and workshops.

3. PowerPoint & Documentation

  • Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports in PowerPoint.
  • Create presentations for new product launches, seasonal collections, etc.
  • Document marketing feedback, campaign results, and customer responses.

4. Digital Media Assistance

  • Coordinate with the digital team to post offers, events, and product showcases.
  • Help maintain product databases, descriptions, and WhatsApp broadcast lists.
  • Assist in content gathering during marketing events (photos, testimonials, etc.)
  • Website , All digital media support and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
