**Billing Incharge Duties**
- Oversee daily billing operations for inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) services
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of interim and final bills
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with departments to update service charges
- Resolve billing discrepancies and supervise claim submissions to insurance providers
- Maintain compliance with hospital billing policies and healthcare regulations
- Prepare cost estimates and communicate them to patients or caregivers
- Coordinate with finance and IT teams to streamline billing workflows

**PRO Duties**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialties
- Build relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and insurance partners
- Organize health camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website updates, and SEO
- Track campaign performance and generate reports on ROI and patient acquisition
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to align marketing with strategic goals
- Maintain branding consistency across all communication channels
