Job Title: Advertisement & Graphic Designer Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Advertisement & Graphic Designer Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This hybrid role requires a creative and strategic professional who can plan, coordinate, and execute impactful advertising campaigns while also creating compelling graphic designs using Photoshop and other design tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with creative teams, vendors, and marketing departments to maintain brand consistency, optimize media placements, and deliver engaging visual content that drives customer engagement and boosts sales across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns from initial concept through execution across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media agencies for creative development and campaign execution.
  • Design visually compelling graphics, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials using Photoshop and other design software.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all advertising channels and marketing collateral.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with media vendors, printers, and advertising partners.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness to optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely payments to vendors.
  • Research and implement new advertising trends, digital tools, and platforms to enhance campaign innovation.
  • Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions through creative visual solutions.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and align with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Create and edit images, layouts, and graphics tailored for various media, including social media, websites, and print.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets and design templates for efficient workflow.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles and media buying processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance and creative output.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in advertising campaign management and graphic design.
  • Proven track record of executing successful advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, particularly in Photoshop.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
