Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, possess a keen eye for design, and have a strong skill set in both graphic design and video editing. This individual will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, designing marketing materials, and editing videos to enhance our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design

Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and more.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design concepts that align with the brand's identity and message.

Ensure all design assets are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity.

2. Video Editing:

Edit raw video footage into polished, professional videos that effectively convey the desired message and story.

Combine video, audio, graphics, and animation elements to create engaging and compelling visual content.

Add transitions, effects, titles, and graphics to enhance the visual appeal and impact of the videos.

Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver video content that meets their objectives.

3. Creative Ideation:

Contribute innovative ideas and concepts for both graphic design and video projects to improve brand communication and engagement.

Stay updated with industry trends and design techniques to bring fresh perspectives to the creative process.

4. Brand Consistency:

Maintain consistency in design aesthetics and branding elements across all materials, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and guidelines for specific campaigns.

5. Time Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate any potential delays or challenges to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field .

Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio of work.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design and video editing projects.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
