Role

1. Marketing Planning & Execution:

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute regional campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.

  • Customize national marketing strategies for the Tamil Nadu market, considering local culture and festivals

  • Team Management & Coordination:

  • Lead a regional marketing team (in-store promoters, field marketers, and digital support).

  • Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Conduct weekly reviews and reporting to senior management.

  • Provide training and performance evaluation for team members.

  • Brand Promotion & Event Coordination:

  • Plan and organize showroom launch events, seasonal festivals, and influencer marketing.

  • Coordinate with local celebrities or influencers for brand association.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Market Research & Insights:

  • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends specific to the market.

  • Collect feedback from customers, staffs for improvements.
  • Prepare marketing reports for each campaign/event for ROI assessment.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Jewellery preferences and market.
  • Team leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital marketing basics and offline marketing execution.
  • Fluency in Tamil

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail - Jewellery marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial/team lead role.
  • Experience working in or managing marketing.
